Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
Orders made on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment methods:

UPS, USPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail... Shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Tracking information will be sent the day of shipment.

Damages
Arkannic LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
We offer returns within 10 days of purchase within the US.  No returns for International Shipping.  See return section for more information.
